Accepted types
We accept payment via the following:
- Personal or business cheque
Cheques to be made payable to : 9G Design
- Internet transfer / Standing order
We will inform you of our bank details when needed
- PayPal payments
We do accept PayPal payments, but there may be additional charges

Commencement payment
An initial payment of 25% of the total costs must be paid before any design work can be started.
This payment is non-refundable and covers any work and administration carried out by us.

Printing costs
All design and print costs must be paid before we arrange printing for your job.
Any mistakes on the final printed product is the responsibility of the client once the final proof has been agreed.

Final payments
Any remaining balance must be paid upon completion of your site build.
(Note : Outstanding content is your responsibility and does'nt form part of the site build).
Once the costing
sheet is signed, you the client will be financially responsible
after completion until full payment has been received.

Hosting costs
Domain name and hosting costs are covered in the our web pack and eshop prices for the first year.

Cancellations
Jobs that are more than 50% completed can not be cancelled.
Web hosting cannot be cancelled until the renewal date.
Printed jobs cannot be cancelled once the printing has been arranged. |

Hosting
We are not a web hosting company but simply act
as a re-seller of web space in-order to offer clients a comprehensive
and efficient package.
From time to time our web hosts need to complete maintenance and updates that may temporarily slow down the running of web sites and emails.
We will make every effort to keep our clients informed of any future maintenance.

Domain Registration
Your required domain name will be registered in your name, if we do not have your details at the time of registration, we may use our company details but the domain name is still the property of the client.

Renewals
Web hosting renewals cover any domain renewal costs and are charged at £70 per annum.
Renewal fees cover hosting, domian name and email maintenance fees.
Renewals must be paid within 14 days of the renewal date otherwise the website may be taken off line.

Domain Transfers IN
Any transfers costs incurred during a transfer in to our server will be the clients responsibility.

Domain Transfers OUT
We charge an administration fee of £15 to transfer a domain out.
We will require the IPS TAG for the new hosts.
If the client has any outstanding balance owed to us we will not transfer the domain until the balance has been paid including the transfer fee.

Web
solution-
In order for you to view the progress of your site and consider any necessary
changes, we will provide you with a private sub domain on our server. |

Graphic
design-
We will enable you to proof your artwork electronically via email, if email is
not possible then we will post a printed version to you which may delay the job. |

We
will supply stock photographs
from our royalty free catalogue
in accordance with your web
solution or design package.
Additional images will be
charged accordingly. |

printers based in the UK who
use a high quality full colour
lithographic print process. The
results from our printers
have always been of the highest
standard and our clients are
always pleased with the results.
The print colour of the finished
article may vary slightly in
tone compared to the proof
due to calibration differences. |

Printed products
such as stationary will be
delivered via a business courier service
to the clients invoice address
only. |
